Title IIID of the Older Americans Act provides federal funding for evidence-based health promotion and disease prevention education programs for seniors. A variety of these programs are offered at senior centers and healthcare facilities throughout the Cumberland Valley region. All programs are free to participants age 60 and over.

This program helps to make physical activity part of daily life through walking, health education, strengthening exercises, and motivational strategies.
