January 17, 2020 (Lexington, KY) – During the Kentuckians for Better Transportation Conference, CVADD Regional Transportation Planner, Jessica Blankenship, met with Kentucky Governor, Andy Beshear, and Mr. Rocky Adkins on transportation issues in southeast Kentucky. Governor Beshear commended the work that all of the Area Development Districts do in Kentucky and the impact they have made for communities.
